Young Interpreters
Each year we select and train children from Year 6 to join our Young Interpreters scheme, the Young Interpreters provide additional support to new arrived EAL (English as an additional language) pupils and their families who are new to English. Also supporting members of staff by using their home language, translating when they need help with a new pupil.
Did you know that we are a multilingual school with over 40 different languages spoken by our pupils!
